Sources and publication

Listings can originate from employers or third-party job sources. Collection, quality checks and publication are separate steps. A collection run does not establish that all collected jobs are current or approved. Follow the source or application link on a job page to confirm the opportunity with the employer.

What the dates mean

• Added or posted on this board: when the catalogue record was created; this may differ from the employer’s original posting date.
• Listing content updated: a recorded content or certification change, available for changes tracked after September 26, 2026. Page views and collection observations do not renew this date. Older records may have no value.
• Last observed by our collection/review process: when that process most recently recorded the listing. This is not a separate live check of the employer’s application page.
• Source checked: an observation made on the stated date, where a listing or report explicitly provides one. It is not a promise that nothing has changed since.
• Employer closing date: a deadline supplied by the posting. An internal board review or expiry window is not an employer application deadline.

Missing details and employer identity

Do not infer pay, travel, accommodation, union status, employment type or certification requirements from an omitted field. Check the written posting and ask the employer. A company profile, logo or source link does not by itself mean that the company has claimed its profile or that we have verified a recruiter’s identity.

Unavailable and expired listings

Public listing checks exclude records that have been closed, withheld or passed their recorded visibility deadline. A broken source link needs review; it does not prove that the employer permanently closed the vacancy. Listings and their source pages can change between checks.

Guides and regional intelligence

Career guides are general research aids. Requirements vary by employer, worksite, province and credential issuer. Dated reports describe their stated source sample; catalogue counts are not a complete regional labour-market survey. We distinguish published vacancies from role guides and avoid presenting general guidance as an individual job offer.
