**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator/Labourer and Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency on\-site. **Operator/Labourer Responsibilities** * Operate heavy machinery including dozers, excavators, and graders, with precision and adherence to safety protocols * Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on equipment * Assist with site preparation, grading, and other construction activities as needed * Support the movement of materials and supplies around the construction site using appropriate equipment * Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards at all times * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely **Mechanic Responsibilities** * Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, service trucks, and transport trucks \& trailers * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues. * Complete accurate service records and maintenance documentation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Work independently and as part of a team.
