Equipment Operator / Field Operations Support

We are currently seeking skilled Equipment Operators / Field Support Technicians with oilfield experience to join our road and lease maintenance team south of Grande Prairie. This is a local hire position, meaning you'll be home every day. Our clients rely on us to provide safe, reliable access to their worksites, so your work schedule will vary depending on weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: * Operate equipment safely and efficiently in oilfield environments, including skid steers, snowcats, mulchers, dozers, and plow tractors. * Perform snow clearing, road maintenance, lease maintenance, vegetation control and other field\-related operations. * Complete routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. * Safely transport and secure equipment as required. * Work closely with customers, supervisors, and fellow operators to maintain a safe and productive work environment. * Adapt to changing weather conditions and operational requirements. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of oilfield experience. * Experience operating skid steers, dozers, plow tractors, snowcats or similar equipment is preferred. * Valid Class 5 Driver's License (3 or 1 Preferred) with a clean driver's abstract. * Knowledge of and experience with load securement requirements. * Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Strong understanding of safety procedures and operating practices. * Reliable, punctual, self\-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Must be local to Grande Prairie or the surrounding area.
