**Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta** **Rotation: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off** **Compensation: $600/Day** **Schedule: On\-site dispatch with after hours phone and text responsibilities. Work from RYNO's Grande Prairie bay during regular office hours.** **RYNO Fluid Hauling Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail orientated Dispatcher to join our growing team!** We are locally owned and operated oilfield service company seeking a motivated individual who can manage daily dispatch operations, communicate effectively with our field operators, and ensure all operational paperwork is accurate and accounted for. **Key Responsibilities** \-Answer and respond to incoming calls and text messages from customers, operators, and supervisors. \-Coordinate and dispatch operators to field locations based on operational requirements. \-Maintain communication with operators throughout their shifts to ensure efficient operations. \-Remain available to manage dispatch calls and texts after regular office hours during scheduled days. \-Collect daily paperwork and load tickets from operators. \-Review and reconcile paperwork to ensure all loads are accounted for and accurately documented. \-Follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect paperwork. \-Submit organized and completed paperwork to the accounting department for invoicing. \-Maintain an accurate and organized filing system. \-Assist with other administrative and operational duties as required. **Qualifications \& Skills** \-Strong communication and organized skills. \-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. \-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem\-solve in a fast\-paced environment. \-Reliable, professional, and dependable. \-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. \-Proficient with computer, email, and Microsoft Office. \-Previous dispatching experience is an asset. \-Experience in oilfield operations, trucking, or fluid hauling is preferred. \-Ability to manage after\-hours communication and respond to changing operational needs. **APPLY TODAY!** If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast pace, team oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
