**Smith Chem Solutions Inc.** **We are looking for a reliable, dedicated team member to join our busy oilfield service company. We specialize in loading friction\-reducing powder into bulkers for delivery to oilfield sites. Our work environment is fast\-paced, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and works well in a small team.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Load friction\-reducing powder into bulkers to be sent off to oilfield sites.** * **Receive and unload skids from freight trucks.** * **Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and deliveries.** * **Work effectively as part of a small team, ensuring smooth operations.** * **Share in rotating overtime shifts as required.** * **Adapt to changing plans and priorities, as schedules may shift every 5 minutes.** **Requirements:** * **Must have reliable transportation to and from work.** * **Willingness to receive all necessary training (training will be provided).** * **Forklift and First Aid certifications are an asset but are not required.** * **Ability to work well in a small team with a positive, drama\-free attitude.** * **Flexibility to adjust to changing plans and priorities as needed.** **Schedule:** * **Set days off: Friday and Saturday** * **Workdays: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Guaranteed).** * **Overtime may be required and will be shared equally among the team.** **Compensation \& Benefits:** * **Starting wage: $21\-$22/hr.** * **$100 reiumbursement for steel toes.** * **Two weeks of vacation after one year of employment.** * **Benefits (with no cost for premiums) after 3 months of employment.** * **Review and raise after 3 months** * **Annual performance\-based bonuses and rasies.** **If you're a reliable, adaptable team player looking for a stable role with great opportunities, we would love to have you on our team.
