We are expanding our Grande Prairie operations and are looking for a **driven, mechanically inclined Service Technician** who wants to build a long\-term career in a fast\-paced, high\-performance environment. **Position Overview** As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and commissioning industrial pump packages powered by diesel engines and electric motors. This is a hands\-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with equipment, and being part of a tight\-knit team that takes pride in building industry\-leading products. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble, install, and commission industrial pump packages (diesel\-driven and electric motor driven) * Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on pumps, engines, and related systems * Assist with fabrication fit\-ups, mounting, and mechanical alignment of components * Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times * Support testing and quality control processes prior to shipment * Work collaboratively with team members across production and service * Identify issues proactively and contribute solutions to improve build quality and efficiency * Assist with field service work and customer support as required * Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met **What We’re Looking For** * Strong mechanical aptitude (experience with pumps, diesel engines, or heavy equipment is an asset) * Willingness to learn, take direction, and continuously improve * Ability to think on your feet and problem\-solve under pressure * Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment * High level of accountability and pride in your work * Interest in building a long\-term career in mechanical/industrial equipment * Physically capable of working in a shop environment and handling tools/equipment * Valid driver’s license preferred **Preferred (Not Required)** * Experience with diesel engines (Cat, John Deere, etc.) * Experience with centrifugal pumps or fluid handling equipment * Basic electrical knowledge (controls, wiring, troubleshooting) * Welding or fabrication experience **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity for rapid growth within a fast\-scaling company * Hands\-on training and mentorship from experienced technicians * A strong team culture focused on performance, accountability, and development * Exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment and real\-world applications **Location Requirement** This position is based in **Grande Prairie, Alberta**.
