Senior Valve Technician

Job Description

**Experience / Education Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but, not required. * Mechanical aptitude and make it happen attitude necessary. * 5 \+ years of valve experience preferred but not required. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Disassemble, Clean and Inspect, Assemble. * Trouble Shoot, Test all company frac valves. * This position may require you to assist service personnel in repairing or installing equipment on customer locations as needed. * Assembly and testing of products and completion of associated paperwork for finished products and received goods. * Completing open work orders for assembled products. * Issuing material lists from work orders to inventory control and quality checking parts during assembly, ability to lift 40 pounds in weight. * Pressure testing valves for accuracy and documentation, ensuring they meet minimum requirements. * Stamping serial numbers, product descriptions, and part numbers on name plates for installation on said parts and valves. * Checking batch and heat codes and inserting paperwork into the job packets for data records * Perform other duties as required by management * Leadership and mentoring Jr employees Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $40\.00\-$50\.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
