Join us and contribute to building a more inclusive future. **Job Overview:** GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Rod Rig Floorhand (Class 1 or Class 3\) to join our Valued Clients team in the Grande Prairie area. This is a full\-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to safety, teamwork, and high standards in oil and gas well servicing operations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with rig\-up and rig\-down of rod rig equipment * Handle rods, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently * Support rod rig operations under the direction of the operator and supervisor * Maintain a clean and organized worksite * Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and client\-specific requirements **Qualifications:** * Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract * Previous experience as a rod rig floorhand or in oilfield well servicing * Valid H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, and CSO (or willingness to obtain) * Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks * Commitment to safety and teamwork **Preferred Qualificatio
