We specialize in concrete, paving, and heavy civil projects and are committed to quality workmanship and safety. **Position Summary** We are currently seeking an experienced Paving Packer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating asphalt paver equipment safely and efficiently while working closely with the paving crew to ensure smooth, high\-quality finishes. **Responsibilities** * Operate asphalt paver (packer) safely and efficiently * Control material flow and paving depth to meet project specifications * Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance * Work closely with screed operators and ground crew * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Maintain a clean and organized worksite **Qualifications** * Experience operating asphalt pavers (required) * Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset) * Strong understanding of paving grades and elevations * Ability to work long hours and overtime during peak season * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Mechanical knowledge considered an asset **What We Offer** * Competitive wages (based on experience) * Overtime opportunities * Supportive team environment * Local work (home most nights) **Apply by submitting your resume.** Job Types: Full\-time, Seasonal Contract length: 7\-8 months Pay: $28\.00\-$38\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Work Location: In person
