Be part of a growing, dynamic, and evolving company.** **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Peace River, AB **Position Summary:** The purpose of the Maintenance Technician position is to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. **Why Work With Us:** * Competitive industry wage * Be part of a growing company * Strong HSE culture * Opportunities for advancement – great place to start your career * Source invests in our employees and their success **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment. * Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. * Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history. * Install, service and maintain production equipment. * Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment. * Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. * Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. * Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. * Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. * Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. * Lubricates all moving parts of equipment in the plant processing circuit.
