Be part of a growing, dynamic, and evolving company.** **Job Title:** Heavy Equipment Operator (Loader) **Location:** Peace River, AB **Why Work With Us:** * Competitive industry wage * Be part of a growing company * Strong HSE culture * Opportunities for advancement – great place to start your career * Source invests in our employees and their success * Local work \- can be home every night (no LOA, job located in Peace River, AB) **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Perform all duties in compliance to appropriate safety and security standards to reduce risk to employees and damage to property. * Primarily operates loader. * Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management. * Assist with plant operations to ensure plant productivity. * Perform additional duties as assigned. **Who We’re Looking For:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience preferred operating loader. * Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations. **What Will Help You Succeed:** We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude, who have working knowledge of tools and mechanics. Individuals must be self\-motivated and adaptable to change.
