**Company Overview** RyTy Developments Ltd. is a busy oilfield transportation company in Grande Prairie, Alberta specializing in rig moving, heavy haul and specialized off road equipment. **Summary** We are seeking a Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic, Licensed Trailer Mechanic or Third or Fourth Year Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic. If you are self motivated and can work unsupervised and able to maintain all vehicles and trailers in our fleet, then this job is for you! Experience with commanders, nodwells and hydraulic winches would be an asset. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the maintenance and repair of heavy\-duty vehicles and equipment. * Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on fleet machinery. * Support senior mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times. * Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately. * Participate in training programs to enhance mechanical skills. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. * **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (preferred). * Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in heavy\-duty mechanics. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license (Class 1 preferred). * Previous experience or education in heavy duty mechanical fields (an asset).
