Job Description
Strike Group is recruiting a journeyman B-pressure welder for full-time work in its Grande Prairie shop. The position supports oil and gas construction and facility maintenance through pipe spool fabrication, component joining, repairs and modifications. Work must follow approved procedures, drawings and inspection requirements. Applicants need journeyman certification, B-pressure credentials, CWB certification and a valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract. Relevant safety training and successful pre-employment drug and alcohol testing are required. The employer seeks candidates who can read technical drawings, work safely and coordinate effectively with inspectors and other trades.
