We hire skilled tradespeople who value safety, quality, leadership, and career growth. **Role Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Foreman to join our team on various construction projects. The Instrumentation Foreman is responsible for leading instrumentation crews in the safe, efficient, and successful execution of project work while maintaining PTW's commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, planning capabilities, and a dedication to fostering a positive safety culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and support instrumentation crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications * Plan daily work activities, manpower requirements, and material needs to meet project schedules and client expectations * Install, test, calibrate, commission, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and control systems * Read and interpret P\&IDs, electrical schematics, control system drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Coordinate with project management, engineering, operations, maintenance personnel, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution * Monitor work quality and productivity while ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements * Conduct safety meetings, field\-level hazard assessments, and ensure all crew members follow Health \& Safety policies and procedures * Mentor, coach, and develop apprentices and journeypersons to support workforce development and succession planning * Track progress, document completed work, and communicate project status, concerns, and resource requirements to supervision and management * Support project start\-ups, shutdowns, commissioning activities, and maintenance programs as required * Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of tools, equipment, and company assets * Other duties as required **Qualifications / Requirements:** * Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certification required; Red Seal certification preferred * Previous experience in a Foreman, Lead Hand, or supervisory role within industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround environments * Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process control systems, electrical principles, and troubleshooting techniques * Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020 * Experience working with PLCs, DCS, HMI systems, transmitters, analyzers, control valves, and associated instrumentation * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, P\&IDs, and technical specifications * Experience in oil \& gas, petrochemical, power generation, mining, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholders * Proficient with instrumentation testing, calibration, and commissioning equipment * Strong understanding of project scheduling, workforce planning, and productivity management * Valid driver's licence * Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, weekends, and travel as required **Why Work for PTW:** **Build Your Trade.
