**Varo Industries – Grande Prairie, AB** Varo Industries is an energy services provider specializing in measurement solutions, instrumentation, and LGR/GOR well testing. We support clients across a vast region, including Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Grande Cache, Hinton, Edson, and Fox Creek. We’re growing and are looking for motivated **Instrument Technician Apprentices** and **Journeypersons** to join our expanding team. If you’re safety‑driven, hands‑on, and eager to advance your skills in a fast‑paced field environment, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform gas meter calibrations and liquid meter proving * Complete product sampling, testing, and analysis * Conduct shutdown checks and preventative maintenance (PMs) * Troubleshoot, service, and maintain analyzers and instrumentation systems * Support a wide range of field instrumentation and measurement tasks * Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards **Qualifications** * Registered Instrument Technician Apprentice or Journeyperson * Valid safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, etc.) * Clean Class 5 driver’s license with driver’s abstract * Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing * Previous oil and gas experience is considered an asset * Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills * Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in dynamic field environments * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions * Availability to work weekends as required **What We Offer** * Competitive wages * Comprehensive health benefits * Safety allowance * Opportunities for growth and skill development within the company Thank you for your interest in joining Varo Industries.
