Learn more at avenge.ca **Position Summary** This position consists of **Hydrovac and Combo Vac** assignments, including pipeline projects throughout Western Canada. The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly and work a varied schedule, with shift rotations and assignments based on a 50\-hour workweek plus overtime. Accommodations are provided for remote workers. **Why Join Us?** * Competitive rates * Starting annual earning potential of $120,000 \- $150,000 depending on rotation and schedule preferences * Year\-round, full\-time permanent work * Flexible schedules * Health benefits including health, dental, life, AD\&D, short\-term disability, long\-term disability, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Reward, recognition, and referral programs * Training and Career Development with opportunity to advance **Key Responsibilities** * Drive, operate, and perform Hydrovac and Combo Vac duties as assigned * Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices * Complete pre\-trip and post\-trip inspections * Assist with job site preparation and equipment staging * Maintain and update driver's electronic logbooks * Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day * Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate maintenance with the mechanic team **What You Bring to Avenge:** * Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence with a clean 5\-year driver's abstract * Minimum 3 years of previous Hydrovac experience * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Good judgment and decision\-making skills * Computer and mobile app experience for electronic forms, e\-logs, and safety compliance * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Active Safety Certificates: First Aid, H2S Alive, ESC Fall Protection, ESC Confined Space, CSO, PCST, GD201 (Global or Aztec) certificates * Ability to pass company and client drug and alcohol testing requirements **Working Conditions** * Regular travel required * Shift rotations and varied schedules * 50\-hour workweek plus overtime * Remote project work * Accommodations provided for remote workers * Outdoor work in varying weather and site conditions We thank all applicants for their interest in Avenge Energy Services; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
