**Term of App't:** Monday \- Friday, 30 hours per week until June 4, 2027 **Start date:** August 24, 2026 **Reporting to:** Dean of TradesApprenticeships **Salary:** $52\.30 \- 56\.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications as per the BCGEU Faculty Collective Agreement. Temporary employees receive an additional 2% in lieu of benefits on regular earnings, 6% vacation and 4\.2% statutory holiday pay, paid out with each pay day. Optional enrolment in the College Pension Plan is available, with employer\-matched contributions. The period between Christmas and New Year's Day is unpaid time off. **Description:** Northern Lights College is seeking an individual who is eager to share their knowledge and industry experience with Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Foundation students. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering instruction for the Heavy Mechanical Trades Foundation program. Instruction follows the SkilledTradesBC curriculum guidelines for Heavy Mechanical trades in British Columbia and prepares students for the Interprovincial Red Seal examinations upon completion of training.
