This role works along with shop foreman **and fellow employees.** **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Conducting minor to major repairs to truck and trailers. * Inspections and repairs on all Heavy Duty Oilfield, Logging, bulk and tanker equipment. * Responsible for the repair and servicing a wide variety of equipment. * Ensure that the shop facilities are maintained to be safe, clean, and efficient. * Carefully inspect work after it is completed and work with the Shop Foreman to verify that it is compliant and meets regulatory requirements. * Manage and maintain a work environment that promotes safety, respect and professionalism. Ensuring a cooperative relationship is maintained between all employees. * Strong organizational, problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills. * Record detailed notes for each piece of equipment worked on. **Qualifications** * Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. * Current CVIP License is an asset. * Class 1 driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
