CDN is a full\-service provider with expertise in Electrical \& Instrumentation maintenance, renewables/solar, major projects, combustion \& emissions reduction, and measurement.* **Role:** Journeyperson and Apprentice Electricians * **Location:** Grande Prairie * **Shift:** Varies based on project * **Overtime:** Project based * **Pre\-Employment Condition:** Pre\-employment D\&A test required **Responsibilities:*** Adhere to all company environmental, heath, and safety policies and procedures. * Complete cutting, threading, bending, and assembling rigid, aluminum and conduit systems. * Install and maintain EMT and PVC piping systems, batteries, solar panels, voltage regulators, MCC equipment, heat trace, and VFD’s. * Assist and/or direct interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to better help execute electrical installation and troubleshooting. * Understand and inter\-operate the most current Canadian electrical code book and exercise the rules when applicable. * Understand and execute basic circuit fundamentals, alternating current circuit properties, heating and cooling systems, magnetic control and switching circuits, three phase systems, transformers, machines, control and switching/PLC, fire alarm systems, red seal programs, industry network, and applications of electronics. * Test electrical equipment and components for current, voltage and OHMS. * Responsible for all administrative, material ordering, and QAQC documents directly associated with the project at hand. * Other duties as required. **Job Requirements****:** * Indentured Apprentice or Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician. * A valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract. * Valid H2S, First Aid, OSSA Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, CSO, and CSTS. * Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in construction or maintenance is considered an asset. * Ability to work in various working condit
